EcoTec Green Heating Ltd has developed as a result of the combination of several smaller companies. Over the past 25 years the Directors have been employed within the Plumbing and Heating Industry and have gained extensive knowledge within their chosen disciplines. The Company has now evolved and we have opened 2 seperate and totally different Deptartments aimed at 2 different markets. We are now in our third year of trading and have now established a dedicated Renewable Energy Division. Our combination of Services and our innoviative approach to technology will put us in a strong position within a competitive field. To this end we have focused our Business Plan on clear and distinct values and 'known' factors from tried and tested market knowledge (not research). This allows us to come to an informed decision as to the true position we want within the marketplace.

DOMESTIC HEATING AND PLUMBING |

This Department is aimed purely at the domestic market and is a responsive and re-active day-to-day business. We have a number of gas registered qualified operatives spread across the area and these are available to meet the demands and needs of the business. We are investing in proven advertising to bolster our existing client base and offer a full and comprehensive service to the End User. |

COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONTRACT WORKS |

This Department is set-up to operate purely in the Contract Market. We have established a wide and varied Client base and can offer support to our Clients in all aspects of Building Services Installation and delivery. Our prime market is the New Build and Refurbishment Works and we have identified our ideal market position. We have just completed Phase 4 of Northwick Park Hospitals Mental Health refurbishment works and are about to start Phase 5 Works. This will be the final Phase of a 3 year Project worth over £1.5 million for the Mechanical Services alone. Ecotec Green Heating Ltd completed all Phases On Budget and On Programme. We have also completed over 80 new heating Installations for London Borough of Southwark in the past 12 months as part of their Decent Homes Works and were due to continue this over the forthcoming years. However, due to Government cut backs the Budget available for these Works has been withdrawn and all future Works has been 'shelved' until further notice. |

We believe that the future holds a enormous potential for our Industry and we need to embrace the tremendous technologies now available in the marketplace and bring this to the attention of End Users. This policy, together with a firm belief that we can offer our Clients a complete 'One Stop Shop' for all Building Services needs, is our driving force for the business. The old traditional methods of heating buildings are fast becoming obsolete and the need for environmental change is now. The Kyoto agreement of 1997 was the first step towards the need for a change in thinking and the Manufacturers have re-acted, albeit slowly, to the challenges laid down at that meeting. However, the market and the industry has not responded as well and only changes in Building Regulations has forced any such re-thinking on the philosophy of the industry. However, with the current economic climate and the problems facing all businesses, both now and in the future, means that tight fiscal restraints are being placed on all aspects of our lives. With these thoughts in mind Ecotec Green Heating is strongly placed to develop and build upon these values and strive to achieve growth in a marketplace already affected by the downturn. We feel we have the advantage over other already established businesses that are struggling to cope as we are at the ground level building a firm foundation on which to promote growth and increased turnover. This can achieved by implementing cost cutting at grass roots level and not being hampered by employment issues, heavy lease agreements, large, expensive premises and the other overheads larger, more established companies are now striving to reduce. |
