In addition, due to the quantity of boilers we install, we can purchase boilers at a further reduced rate which allows us to pass these savings onto our customers. (Worcester Approved Service Provider) which means we are able to repair Worcester boilers.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

We have a wide number of qualified engineers available at all times to respond to emergencies and these are located throughout the area we cover. At anytime we will have access to a local engineer who will be able to deal with any potential problems and if necessary we can assist him with further back up from our core staff. This enables us to provide a true 24 hour emergency response to all calls to our helpline..

BOILER BREAKDOWNS & REPLACEMENTS

We have access to a large number of local and national stockists and are able to resource replacement boilers or components quickly and respond to your requirements. We have often attended a property in the morning and sourced, installed and commissioned a replacement boiler the same day. We are also able to obtain replacement boiler components in the same way and where obsolete or out-of-stock items are required, these can be courier over-night to a depot and be ready for collection the following morning.

COMPLETE HEATING SYSTEM REPLACEMENTS

We use extensively developed computerised software to carry out a full heat loss calculation and match the needs of properties to the size of system required. This has 2 distant advantages. 1) The system is tailored to suit the property and the size of components (radiators, boilers, pies, etc) closely matched to the heat load of the property. This reduces overall installation costs. 2) The system is better suited to the property and therefore heating running costs are reduced.
