Worcester gas fired condensing system boiler and new kitchen installation for Client in St Albans, Herts. Works required the boiler to be relocated from the existing pantry into the new kitchen area and the system was Powerflushed and upgraded to meet the current Building Regulation requirements for energy efficieny. |

Bathroom re-modelling as part of a major regeneration of a detached Victorian property in Highgate Village. The existing bathroom was stripped out and the wall to the Dining room removed to allow the bathroom to be increased in size. The bath was sunk into the existing floor and the dranage from the bath reouted through the basement to the existing sewer in the front lightwell. |

A 1.38kWh Solar Photovoltaic panel installation installed on a customers property in Tring. A Solar Thermal Hot Water system was also installed to produce Hot Water for the property. We have been advised that our estimates for the generation of 'Free' electricity have been more than conservative and the system reguarlly produces an income of £600 per year. This is one of the smallest systems we can fit and has only 6 panels and is therefore suited to smaller properties. |

A Solar Thermal Hot Water system installed on a property in Hemel Hempstead. The system incorporates 2 Evacuated tube collectors each sized to produce sufficent Hot Water for the property. These are connected to a 300 litre Unvented Hot Water cylinder which serves the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, cloakroom and utility room. This is a large scale system suitable for a Detached 5 bedroom house or larger. Smaller single panel systems are available to suit smaller properties |
