Conventional boiler/tanks replaced with Worcester combi boiler. Had 3 other quotes, Taylors was best (British Gas quoted almost double price.) Even though v busy, they always got back to me by phone/email. M Taylor was the only plumber who assessed the job properly before quoting, went round looking for all the valves/stopcocks and pipes, checking pressure from all the taps - was positive about getting it all done, despite water pressure issues (others had advised against combi boiler.) M Taylor is polite, honest and trustworthy, and knows his stuff. He took time to explain exactly what he was going to do, so I now understand my c/h system. Tidied up properly afterwards, and not a scratch on anything. Most importantly I have a fully functioning combi boiler which 3 other quoters (including British Gas) said probably wouldn't function. 100% recommended.

They are fantastic to say the least. We have used Taylors group three times now since we moved into our property in 2008.
They replaced our boiler and installed a Worcester Bosch that has never failed. Their quote was competitive and the work done to very high standards.
They installed a pipework system in our kitchen to accommodate washing machine and dishwasher this year. They also solved a problem on the pipes outside the house so we can avoid future blockages on the pipes. Very well finished and secured.
Finally they have installed a gas hob and it is working very well.
I would recommend them without doubt!

Michael has just removed an old boiler system and replaced with a Worcester Combi boiler for my house in London. He telephoned me to my overseas location and spent time talking about my different options. He turned up on time to give a quote and provided a thorough written quote for the job, turned up on the day he said and did a fantastic job and cleaned up at the end. I was really pleased with the customer service and the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend him. Nice guy!

My old combination boiler was failing to reliably produce hot water. After getting some advice and a large quote for a replacement boiler from another plumber (who didn't fill me with confidence regardless of the size of the quote). I contacted Michael after reading the reviews on this website. Michael proved hard to track down over Xmas; but as soon as he was back he was in contact. He came around promptly produced the quote the same day and we agreed a quick start date. Boiler was installed with the minimum of fuss and the workmanship was excellent. It was great to deal with someone so straightforward. Very happy with the new boiler, and the 5 year extended guarantee is a nice bonus. Recommended.

As a landlord living overseas when our boiler broke we needed a replacement for our tenants asap and at a reasonable price. Quotes were given at around the 3000GBP mark so when we received a quote of 1930GBP for boiler, and fitting by Taylors we were happy and went with that. Michael managed to fit us in the very next day and due to his long working hours all was arranged and fixed within 48hours even with a 13hour time difference. Happy customer.

My boiler was in a terrible state until The Taylors Group came to quote for the new one. I was very happy with the quote and wanted to go ahead with it straight away. He arrived dead on time and fitted the new Worcester boiler and flushed the system through all in a day. Perfect service with no hassle.
