Here are the simple, hassle free terms:
- Unlimited call-outs
- Should you have a leaking radiator valve, burst pipe, broken down boiler, faulty heating system or split radiator it will all be covered by the monthly fee.
- As long as the radiator that would need fixing is a standard panel radiator (which are in most properties) it will be covered. Designer specialist radiators/Radiator valves would have to be discussed on site before any work is carried out but the labour to fit them would covered by the monthly fee.
- As kitchen sink taps/bathroom taps are usually specified by the customer it would be best if the customer chose & paid for the tap, but the labour to fit it would be covered by the monthly fee if the tap couldn't be repaired.
- If a boiler is under 10 years old it will be covered by the contract to be fixed (Parts & Labour included)
- Should the boiler be more than 10 years old it will be repaired twice & then it will be classed as an uneconomical repair as parts for many boilers past 10 years old are obsolete.
- Voluntary Modifications/Upgrades to the system can be discussed at a discount price.
Some boilers will be covered by the manufactures guarantee but it will not effect the cover of the system.
